Please read below before placing your order:  This is a listing for preorder of a quarter, half or full beef.  The total price will be approximately for a quarter is $2125, for a half $3400 and for a full beef $6800 (these are based on an 800 lb carcass and this can vary +- 50-80 lbs) With the purchase of a half or full beef, you are paying for the total weight of your half of the carcass. Price is determined by $8.50/lb of the carcass weight. ( half is approx 400 lbs etc) You would take home about 58-60% of the total weight of that carcass. You will be sent a Google form cutting sheet and you will be able to have that beef cut the way you like it! A quarter you will be paying for the weight of a quarter of the carcass. There are no options for customizing a quarter, you would be getting our standard cutting instructions.  Do not pay for delivery for these, pickup of your order will be at the ranch or a designated meeting spot.   This deposit is non refundable and will be deducted from your total cost. Final payment must be paid via etransfer or cash.
