เมื่อช่วงต้นเดือนมีนาคมที่ผ่านมา ผมได้มีโอกาสได้เข้าร่วมงาน eTail Asia 2017 จัดขึ้นที่สิงคโปร์เป็นงานสัมมนาที่รวมเหล่าผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจอีคอมเมิร์ซชั้นนำจากหลากหลายประเทศมาแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และอัพเดทข่าวคราวในแวดวงอีคอมเมิร์ซ รวมถึงแชร์เทคนิคการทำธุรกิจแก่กัน ซึ่งจริงๆ นี่ก็เป็นปีที่ 4 ที่ผมเข้าร่วมแล้ว โดยทุกๆ ปีก็จะมีหลายกิจกรรม เช่นการสัมมนา การเวิร์คช็อปกลุ่มย่อย ซึ่งประเด็นหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจ และถือเป็นเรื่องสำคัญมากสำหรับผู้ประกอบการอีคอมเมิร์ซ นั่นก็คือ เรื่องของการลด Shopping Cart Abandonment Rate ซึ่งถ้าลดได้ก็จะช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสการขายได้มากขึ้นครับ Shopping Cart Abandonment คืออะไร Shopping Cart Abandonment คือ การยกเลิกการสั่งซื้อสินค้าบนเว็บไซต์ หรือการตัดสินใจเลิกซื้อของระหว่างทางของผู้ซื้อ หรือถ้าจะอธิบายให้เห็นภาพก็คือ การที่ผู้ซื้อนั้นทำการเพิ่มสินค้าไปในตะกร้าสินค้าแล้ว แต่ยังไม่สั่งซื้อ ไม่ชำระเงินใดๆ แล้วก็เพิกเฉยไว้แบบนั้น ไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุผลใดๆ ก็ตามแต่ ธุรกิจอาจจะกำลังพลาดรายได้ และสูญเสีย Conversion ที่ควรจะต้องได้มา เพราะลองนึกดูว่าโอกาสทางการขายมันมาแล้ว ลูกค้าโยนสินค้าใส่ตะกร้าแล้ว แต่ลูกค้ากลับทิ้งมันไว้อย่างนั้น ผมว่ามันไม่ส่งผลดีต่อการขายแน่ๆ มีการสำรวจจาก Baymard ที่เผยถึงตัวเลข Shopping Cart Abandonment จากทั่วโลกนั้น พบว่า ในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิคมีเปอร์เซ็นต์ผู้บริโภคที่ละทิ้งการซื้อสินค้าผ่านทางออนไลน์คิดเป็นอัตราส่วน […]
