And this app is more than a directory- WIN sends users alerts about job fairs and other community events, enables them to offer feedback and connects users to live assistance hotlines through the “I Need Help Now” page. WIN not only serves homeless, abused and struggling youth, families and adults, the WIN What I Need mobile app is also powerful referral tool for professional’s and others who encounter or serve individuals in need of immediate help or supportive services.
