Payment can also be made in cash at Zan Fast Ferries offices within allocated time before the booking being expired for failure to complete the payment. Upon successful completion of the payment e-ticket is generated with QR code to allow user to board the ferry with their phone instead of paper ticket. Zan Fast Ferries app also allow user to see the history of all the trips made. Furthermore, to expedite the booking, user can choose to save his/her id, this allow next trip to skip the process of entering passenger details.
