Dyna-Glo Electric Smokers: Master the art of smoking with complete control at the push of a button. App features include: • Temperature Setting: Select the appropriate cooking temperature, based on the type of food you are smoking. Once the temperature is set, you can begin smoking with a timer, or base your cook cycle on meat temperature. During the cook cycle, the app allows you to monitor your smoker’s firebox temperature in real-time. • Time Setting: Set the appropriate time, in hours and minutes. The app’s integrated alarm will alert you when the cook time is complete. During the cook cycle, the app allows you to monitor the elapsed time in minutes and seconds. Once the time cycle is complete, the burner will turn off. • Meat Probe Setting: Your Dyna-Glo smoker is equipped with an integrated meat thermometer, so you can simply set your Dyna-Glo Connect app to the desired meat temperature and monitor the meat’s temperature throughout the cook cycle. The integrated alarm will alert you when the meat has reached its desired temperature. Once the temperature is reached, the burner will turn off to prevent overcooking. Settings can be changed anytime during the cooking process and the app even allows you to turn off the smoker from your smart device.
