By combining both a trainer and client side experience, this app allows us to stay better connected with our clients and manage their coaching program from anywhere. At the same time, Peak Performance Coaching App helps clients achieve their fitness goals by keeping them engaged with their trainers. Trainers help clients stay committed to their program through customized and comprehensive training plans and progress reports. WHO CAN USE THE APP Both the team at Peak Performance Coaching and the clients can use the app, however clients need access in order to use the app. Clients can only use the app if they're working with a Peak Performance Coaching trainer. FEATURES FOR CLIENTS: Access training plans, follow and check-in to workouts. - Schedule workouts and remain committed by beating personal bests. - Access meal plans if your coach sets them. - Manage your coach in real time. - Track body stats and take process photos. - Review past progress stats and graphs. - Set push notifications - Integrations coming soon. - And a whole lot more in the future.
