Think of a question and/or something that you need to make a decision on and tap on the app to start. Keep thinking of your question and keep your index finger on the camera-lens on the back of your phone until the app completes its calculations. The results will be shown on the screen as Yes, No, or Maybe, depending on your internal gut-instinct reaction to your question. In addition to your gut-instinct responses, the app recommends YouTube and TikTok videos, based on your results. Note: If you do not have an Apple Watch, you need to do a one-time calibration before using the app. To calculate your resting heart rate and your baseline heart rate variability, the app needs permission to access your HealthKit and CareKit (if you are an Apple Watch user).
