Sourdough is a quietly designed companion for caring for your sourdough starter — from the very first feed to your hundredth loaf. Built for home bakers who want a calm, premium tool, not a flashy game. WHAT IT DOES • Tracks when your starter is bake-ready and when it must be fed next • Adapts predictions to ratio, storage (counter, fridge, freezer), and temperature • Supports any feeding ratio from 1:1:1 to 1:20:20 with live-calculated grams • Notifies you exactly when you need to know — never spam LEARN AS YOU GO Seven hand-written guides walk you from your first 8-day starter creation through the float test, the smells, recovery from neglect, and your first 24-hour bake. MIN REISE — YOUR JOURNEY Earn intrinsic milestones quietly. No streaks. No leaderboards. No grind. Just personal records of you and your starter, year over year. PREMIUM DESIGN Warm Palette. Fraunces serif type. Wax-seal milestone badges. Apple-grade attention to typography, animation, and respect for your time. NORWEGIAN-FIRST Designed in Norway, for Norwegian bakers — with English as a first-class second language. No accounts. No tracking. Just you and your starter.
