TRACK TIME YOUR WAY – Log entries manually or start the built-in timer, with automatic 15-minute rounding – Run any number of projects in parallel, each with its own overtime threshold (e.g. 8 or 10 hours) – Sundays are detected automatically, and you can flag public holidays per entry – Log days off and travel days without skewing your hour totals FINISHED TIMESHEETS, NOT SPREADSHEET WRANGLING – One tap generates a professional, multi-page PDF timesheet with your company or client logo, project name and job number – Sign right on your iPhone — crew and production/client signatures sit side by side in the footer – Overtime is calculated automatically against your configured threshold, no mental math – CSV export for your own bookkeeping or to hand off to payroll EARNINGS AND PER DIEM AT A GLANCE (OPTIONAL) – Set a day rate per project, the app calculates overtime premiums as well as Sunday and public-holiday premiums – Per diem rates for short days and overnight days, optionally per location (e.g. domestic and abroad), with breakfast deduction – Dedicated calculation for travel days and days off – Currency selectable per project – Your earnings only appear in the app and the CSV, never on the timesheet your client signs ABSENCE FOR YOUR TAX RETURN – The yearly export lists your days of absence per year as CSV — as an aid for your tax return, not tax advice BUILT FOR WORK THAT CROSSES TIME ZONES – Time tracking is time-zone safe: entries logged abroad don't shift once you're back home – Fully bilingual, German and English — app, PDF and CSV follow your system language automatically YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS – No cloud required: everything lives locally on your device – Full export/import as a backup file, for switching devices or keeping your own copy, always under your control Orduri was built for freelancers in production, technical crews and trades who document hours for several clients at once and regularly hand in signed proof of work.
