Eclipse Navigator helps you experience a solar eclipse to the fullest and plan your journey intelligently. Eclipse Navigator also tells you the historical chance of cloud cover and even takes hazy air into account, caused by smog, dust and other aerosols that can obstruct an optimal view of the eclipse. In AR Photo Mode, point your phone at the sky to see where the Sun will be during each phase of the eclipse. New: plan for more than maximum eclipse. Eclipse Navigator shows the historical chance of cloud cover and historical atmospheric clarity around the date and time of the selected eclipse. This helps you see where aerosols and air pollution may also limit visibility. This is based on data from the past 25 years and helps you compare locations. Eclipse Navigator supports the upcoming major solar eclipses, including 12 August 2026, 2 August 2027, 26 January 2028 and 22 July 2028.
