NEOFLEET is a mobile application that allows users to request charges for their vehicles at work, report problems with their company car, see your home charges refunding or even book a vehicle available in the company fleet. The mobile application is directly linked to a back office application where you can manage : - Charging priorities - Queue management and organisation of car rotation on a limited number of charging points (with notification on the mobile phone of the drivers concerned) - The possibility for staff on the move to book charges - Refunding of private recharging - Car/driver budget monitoring (TCE), by importing data on charges and fuel purchased from the various networks - Fuel budget management and monitoring - A tool for monitoring events (technical problems, accidents, tyre changes, driving reports, etc.), - Leasing monitoring - Document management (history of all the elements marking the life of vehicles and drivers), - Monitoring (and simulating changes in) the Co2 emissions of each fleet
