WHAT YOU CAN DO • Book appointments at Meena medical centers — choose a clinic, specialty, doctor, date and time. • See a doctor by video 24/7 — start an on-demand consultation and watch your live place in the queue, or schedule a video visit in advance. • Request home healthcare visits and pin your exact location on the map. • Manage upcoming visits — reschedule, cancel, or pay. • Access your full medical history — past visits, medications, prescriptions, lab results, radiology reports and sick-leave certificates — and download or share them as PDFs. • View your insurance coverage and pay securely by card or Apple Pay. • Add and manage family members under your account. • Track your vital signs and learn from our health education library. HEALTH CONNECT & WEARABLE DATA Meena Health integrates with Health Connect so you can view the health and activity data from your smartwatch or fitness device inside the app, right next to your medical records — giving you and your care team a fuller, more accurate picture of your health. With your explicit permission, Meena Health reads the following data types from Health Connect. All access is READ-ONLY — the app never writes to, edits, or deletes your Health Connect data. • Heart rate — to display your most recent heart-rate reading so you can monitor it and share it as context with your doctor during consultations. • Resting heart rate — to show your resting heart rate as a baseline wellness indicator alongside your other vitals. • Steps — to show your daily step count as a simple measure of your physical activity. • Active calories burned — to show your daily activity (energy burned) as part of your health profile. • Blood oxygen (SpO2) — to display your latest blood-oxygen reading as a vital sign for your own monitoring and care. • Sleep — to show your recent sleep duration so you can keep track of your rest. WHY THESE PERMISSIONS ARE REQUIRED These readings power the in-app "Smart Watch" and "Vital Signs" experience. They let you see your own wearable health data inside Meena Health, review it together with your clinical records, and share relevant readings with your doctor during virtual and in-person visits. The feature cannot function without access to this data, and each permission maps directly to a metric shown in the app. YOUR PRIVACY & CONTROL • Health Connect data is used only to display your information to you within the app and to support your care. • We do NOT sell your health data, and we do NOT use it for advertising or marketing. • Access is read-only and is requested only when you open the health/wearable feature. • You can grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time from Health Connect or your device settings.
