The official visitor companion for the Festival de la Culture, marking the inauguration of the BAPS Swaminarayan Hindu Mandir in Paris. The Prasadi Yatra — sites across the city sanctified by the BAPS gurus, among them the lawns beside the Eiffel Tower where the first BAPS satsang sabha in mainland Europe was held in 1982. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL There is no public WiFi at the Festival Village and many visitors will be roaming.
