126 York Street is a development project that will involve the conversion of Ottawa’s historic Major Building into the stylish “Moxy Ottawa Downtown” hotel by Marriott. The residential portion of the development is a 22 storey tower which will be called The Major, and will be attached to the hotel. The hotel and residential tower will share an indoor pool, gym, restaurant, bar, lounge, meeting space.
