The altitude simulation system is comprised of a combustion air supply system which provides air at precisely controlled temperature and humidity conditions, a vacuum blower and ETC’s proprietary altitude control valves which create the altitude condition and balance the engine intake and exhaust manifold pressures so there is virtually no difference. These systems are an easily adapted retrofit to existing chambers or test cells.
