The King Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit grows Pleurotus eryngii on a ready-growing log that arrives already colonised, topped with its own bag of casing soil. It is the meatiest oyster we grow, with thick white stems that hold their shape in the pan and slice into convincing vegan scallops.
