"Workout" makes interval training a breeze. Play your favorite music — including streamed Apple Music tracks — while running timed intervals. Music automatically mutes during rest periods, so you can focus entirely on your workout rhythm. IDEAL FOR: * Interval training * Circuit training * Any type of timed workout HOW IT WORKS 1. Select the songs you want from your Apple Music library. 2. Choose a workout with work and rest durations. 3. Tap play — and go!
