Corru-Pack is the all-in-one professional costing, estimation, and paper calculation suit built specifically for corrugated box manufacturers, packaging plants, paper traders, and sales engineers. Eliminate manual estimation errors, optimize paper reel utilization, calculate precise 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply box costs, and generate professional PDF customer quotations in seconds directly from your iPhone or iPad! Key Features & Capabilities 1. Carton Box Cost Calculator (Roll-Based & Paper-Based) Flexible Dimensions Input: Enter Length, Width, and Height in Inches, CM, or MM with instant real-time unit conversion. Automatic Cut Sheet & Deckle Size: Instant cut length and roll width calculations with manual cut size override support. Multi-Ply Structure: Full support for 3-Ply, 5-Ply, and 7-Ply corrugated board specifications. Dual Costing Engines: Roll-Based Mode: Calculate costs from corrugated roll rates, center liner paper GSM, silicate glue, making labor, carriage, wastage %, and target profit margin. Paper-Based / Plant PSI Mode: Detailed itemized breakdown per paper layer (Kraft, Testliner, Fluting C-factors), plant PSI rates, silicate, and printing. 2. Stiffener, Partition & Pad Costing Precision Crease Layout: Input Length (L1), Crease Gap (G), Length (L2), and Width (W). Master Sheet Optimization: Auto-calculates the exact number of stiffeners cut per master corrugated sheet. Material Requirement Metrics: Calculates total master sheets and roll requirements instantly. 3. Corrugated Roll Cost & Reel GSM Engine Dual Mode Calculation: Estimate roll cost per inch using Weight/Residual mode or GSM mode. Live Reel GSM Formula: Automatic calculation of actual paper reel GSM from roll weight, residual weight, and quantity: $$\text{Reel GSM} = \frac{(\text{Net Weight}) \times 1,550,000}{2400 \times \text{Qty}}$$ Flute Reel GSM: Takes into account fluting take-up factors for 2-ply corrugated rolls. 4. Paper Reel Weight, Diameter & Meter Length Paper Type Profiles: Built-in support for Fluting, Testliner, Kraftliner, High-Performance (HP), and Duplex Board. Caliper & Micron Precision: Calculates paper caliper in microns based on paper substance (GSM). Loose Winding Factor: Adjustable slack winding multiplier (+8% effective caliper) for accurate physical reel sizing. Meter Length & Weight: Instantly determine total paper meters on a reel from outer diameter, roll width, and 4-inch core size. 5. Reel Slitting & Combination Optimizer Deckle Utilization: Input machine decal roll width to find optimal slitting combinations. Zero Trim Waste: Algorithmically generates even and odd slit width combinations to eliminate expensive paper wastage. 6. Quick Packaging Utilities GSM Calculator: Calculate paper substance (g/m²) from sample sheet weight and dimensions. Paper Weight Calculator: Determine total paper weight in kg and total paper cost. Quantity Calculator: Calculate exact sheet or box count from total paper weight and GSM. 7. Professional Customer Quotation Generator (PDF) Branded Quotations: Create itemized quotations complete with your company logo, NTN/Tax ID, address, terms & conditions, and bank details. Multi-Currency Support: Full support for PKR (Rs.), USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), AED, INR (₹), SAR, and more. PDF Export & Sharing: Generate high-definition PDF quotes and share via WhatsApp, Email, or Print directly from iOS. 8. Saved Costing & History Vault Local Storage Vault: Save carton and stiffener costing records for quick retrieval. Advanced Filtering: Filter by Roll Costing, Paper-Manual, Paper-Plant, or Date Ranges (Today, This Week, This Month, Custom). Fast Search & Editing: Search records by customer name, product title, or box size; reload or duplicate costings with one tap. Who is Corru-Pack Built For?
