Patchd: Video FX Playground app analytics for October 7

Turn any photo or video into experimental art. Build your own camera FX from 100+ layers, or describe a look and let AI build it, then edit and export for vertical video. FX MAKER: BUILD YOUR OWN FX Layer Patchd's 100+ FX modules – glitch, color, mosaic, warp, body, face, hand, objects, backgrounds, scenes and beat-synced looks – into a camera FX that's all yours. Put each layer on the person, the background or the whole frame, set blend and opacity, and let your face or hands drive it: open your mouth or pinch your fingers. Blur or replace the background, make yourself glow, glitch only what's behind you. Tap RANDOM to roll a fresh stack, EDIT to fine-tune it with a moving video preview and SAVE to keep it. No Apple Intelligence needed. MY FXS: YOUR FX, EVERYWHERE Every FX you build, roll or describe is saved to My FXs. Use it live in the camera, on your photos and on your videos with Re-Patch. Sign in and My FXs sync with your Patchd account, so they're on your other devices and survive a reinstall. Signed out, they stay on your device. AI LOOKS: DESCRIBE IT, SEE IT Type "neon ghost with a glitchy mosaic background" and Apple Intelligence builds it in seconds as an FX Stack from Patchd's tested effects. One description box, fresh example ideas, and your words are polished automatically. Then change it with more prompts: "more glitch", "darker background". VIDEO EDITOR WITH BEAT-SYNCED TEMPLATES A simple timeline for clips and music: trim, split, change speed, add transitions, camera moves and effects. Templates cut your clips to the beat of your song at the right length for vertical 9:16 video, 4:5 feed posts or 16:9. Pick exactly which part of the song plays. RE-PATCH ANY CLIP Record or import a video, choose any effect or one of your saved FXs, and render a new version. Use export presets for size, quality and frame rate, or keep the original. 90+ LIVE CAMERA MINI-APPS Real-time effects that react to you: datamosh, VHS tape, pixel sort, slit scan, ASCII, mosaics, liquid warps, glow, motion trails, body tracking, object detection, face effects, depth and color tracking. PHOTO EDIT & COMPOSE Stack effects, masks and a magic brush on photos. Compose layered shader scenes into short videos, with a full iPad layout. MADE FOR CREATORS Browse by category, search, preview every effect in motion, keep your favorites on Home and pick up where you left off. Built for artists, VJs, musicians, designers and anyone who wants their content to look like nothing else. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your camera, photos and videos are processed on your device and aren't uploaded by Patchd. When you sign in, only your saved FXs sync to your account.
