10月11日的FitFoodz: Calorie Counter应用程序分析

Track your macros properly, with food you actually eat in South Africa. Free, with no paywall on the parts that matter. Most calorie counters were built somewhere else. You scan a Woolworths ready meal or a Clover yoghurt and get nothing, or you get an American product with different numbers. FitFoodz is built here, for the food on your shelf. FREE, INCLUDING THE BARCODE SCANNER Other trackers put scanning behind a subscription. Ours doesn't. Scan, log, weigh in, track your trends. No trial, no card, no upsell. A SOUTH AFRICAN FOOD DATABASE Woolworths, Checkers, Pick n Pay, Spar, Clover, Bokomo, Future Life, Kauai. Real products, real numbers, in kilojoules or calories, your choice. SNAP ANY LABEL Barcode not in there yet? Photograph the nutrition table and Chloe, the built-in assistant, reads it and logs it for you. Every product you add makes the database better for the next person. A TARGET THAT ACTUALLY FITS YOU Answer a few questions about your training, with weights and cardio counted separately, and get a calorie and macro target based on what you really do. The target stays fixed so you can trust it, and recalibrates against your actual weigh-ins. SEE IT BEFORE YOU EAT IT Check what a meal does to your day before you log it, not after. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Weekly weigh-ins, body fat, trend charts against target, and front/side/back photos in one place. Steps and sleep pull straight from Apple Health. AND THE FOOD, IF YOU WANT IT FitFoodz meals come pre-loaded with exact macros. No weighing, no guessing. Order in the app and it arrives at your door. Or don't. The tracker is free either way. Built in South Africa, for South Africa.
