Unfeed Intentional Screen Time Most apps block your phone. Unfeed makes you think about why you're picking it up. When you try to open a blocked app, Unfeed doesn't just stop you it asks what's pulling you in. Checking notifications? Need it for work? Honestly just bored? That one-second pause is where habits change. What makes Unfeed different Intent before access Before bypassing any block, you choose your reason. Over time, you'll see exactly which apps you open out of habit vs. genuine need — and that awareness is more powerful than any timer. Focus sessions with reflection Start a timed focus session to lock distracting apps completely. When it ends, rate how focused you actually were — from distracted to deep work. Your ratings build a picture of what conditions help you focus best. Behavioral pattern insights Unfeed reads your blocking history and surfaces patterns you wouldn't notice yourself: "9–10pm is your danger zone," "Mondays are your toughest day," "bypass attempts up 40% this week." Data that changes behavior instead of just tracking it. Three blocking strengths no paywall on any of them • Gentle — one tap to continue, no friction • Timeout — rising delays after each bypass (30s, 2min, 5min) • Locked — only a focus session can unblock. No exceptions. Built on Apple's own frameworks Unfeed uses Screen Time and Family Controls he same APIs Apple uses. Your choices stay on your device. No servers track which apps you use or when.
