Turnover! is the match clock built by Blood Bowl players, for Blood Bowl players. No generic stopwatch. No chess clock setup. Put one phone on the table, and get on with the match. Turnover! handles the clock, the turn count and the Blood Bowl Time-Out rule, while leaving every game decision where it belongs: with the Coaches. YOUR TURN. YOUR CLOCK Turnover! is designed around the way a Blood Bowl match is actually played: two Coaches taking turns, one active clock at a time. • Turn time gives the active Coach their regulation time for the current turn. It resets when the turn changes hands. Default: 4 minutes. • Extra time is each Coach's personal reserve for the whole match. It only goes down, and starts the instant turn time reaches zero. Default: 15 minutes. • One tap ends your turn and hands the game to your opponent. • When extra time reaches zero, Turnover! keeps counting into negative time. It never stops the match or decides what happens next. That's between Coaches. BLOOD BOWL, UNDERSTOOD Turnover! isn't a generic timer with a Blood Bowl skin. Its match flow is built around Blood Bowl's structure. Each half gives both Coaches eight turns, with the turn number running continuously from 1 through 16, so you always know where you are. The kick-off matters too. When the Kick-off Event is Time-Out, Turnover! applies the Blood Bowl rule for you: both turn counters move forward by one, unless the kicking team's marker is on turn 6, 7 or 8, in which case both move back by one. No manual arithmetic. Just pause, select Time-Out and carry on. THE TABLE IS THE INTERFACE Two Coaches. One phone. The display is made for a phone lying flat on the tabletop, with each Coach able to read their side naturally. The opening kick-off starts when the receiving Coach taps their side. From then on, the active Coach controls only their turn. Need a break? Pause both clocks together for deployment, a rules check, a tactical discussion or the inevitable trip to the bathroom. The match stays visible underneath the pause overlay, and tapping the screen resumes play without risking an accidental end-turn. WARNINGS YOU CAN HEAR You shouldn't have to stare at a phone while planning a cage, lining up a blitz or deciding whether that risky dodge is worth it. Turnover! provides audible warnings, each paired with matching vibration, for pre-alerts, turn time expiring and extra time expiring. Default pre-alerts are 55 and 30 seconds, and they can be changed before the match starts. SET IT ONCE. PLAY Before kick-off, choose your turn time, extra time, warning thresholds and Coach names. Once the match starts, those settings are locked. The screen also stays awake while the match is running, so your clock is always ready on the table. AFTER THE FINAL TURN When the match is over, Turnover! gives you a match report showing: • total playing time and total elapsed time, including pauses • a head-to-head comparison of each Coach's clock usage • a turn-by-turn chart showing how long each turn took, with an average-turn reference for each Coach The report can be shared as an image through the system share sheet — useful for league organizers, post-match stats, or seeing where those four minutes disappeared. NO ACCOUNTS. NO ADS. NO NONSENSE Turnover! has no account, no network connection, no ads, no in-app purchases and no match history. Nothing is uploaded. Match data isn't kept after the match, and the report is yours to share there and then. Turnover! measures time.
