How closely can you match the beat? Tempo Trace challenges you to anticipate a steady rhythm and time your movements to match. Tap the screen or clap your hands, then see how accurately and consistently your responses line up with the metronome. Bring a little brain training to your day with a simple challenge in rhythm, attention and timing. TAP OR CLAP Choose finger tapping on the screen or hands-free clapping detected through your device’s microphone. NOTE: CLAP ONLY AVAILABLE ON iPhone. PRACTISE WITH INSTANT FEEDBACK Training mode shows whether each response is early, late or on beat. Clear directional arrows help you adjust your next response, with larger arrows indicating a larger timing difference. TEST YOUR TIMING Try testing mode without live feedback, then review your results when the session finishes. MAKE IT YOUR CHALLENGE Adjust the metronome’s beats per minute and session duration to suit your pace and available time. SEE EVERY BEAT Explore your timing results and see how your responses line up across the session. Discover whether you tend to respond early or late and how consistently you maintain the rhythm. For clap sessions, place your device on a stable surface in a quiet space and allow microphone access. Tempo Trace is part of the Clear Health Media Neuro Tools suite.
