To strengthen service delivery, the application includes inventory management and inventory request modules that help healthcare facilities track the availability, consumption, and wastage of essential medical supplies and diagnostic consumables. Additional features such as counselling resources, beneficiary support videos and downloadable beneficiary certificates further enhance program effectiveness and patient engagement. The platform also offers robust analytics and reporting capabilities through Monthly Performance Reports (MPRs) and administrative dashboards. These dashboards provide real-time insights into testing coverage, beneficiary distribution, anemia severity, referral trends, and program performance across geographical areas. State, district, and block-level administrators can monitor key indicators through visual charts and reports, enabling evidence-based planning, supervision, and decision-making.
