1FIT is an online fitness coaching platform that enables you to interact seamlessly with your coach & make fitness work for you. We provide a client-side experience for you to track everything you need in a single place & visualise the progress towards the goals you have set with your coach. 1FIT helps you to stay accountable to your long-term success from your smartphone anytime, anywhere. WHO CAN USE THE APP: 1FIT is only for clients of online fitness coaches. Clients can only use 1FIT if their coach uses 1FIT and has onboarded them. FEATURES FOR CLIENTS: •⁠ ⁠Access all plans that have been set by your coach. •⁠ ⁠Track your workouts, your food intake and your activity seamlessly. •⁠ ⁠Track daily metrics that your coach has requested. •⁠ ⁠Visualise progress in one place with detail pages. •⁠ ⁠Respond to your coaches check ins and view their responses. •⁠ ⁠Send messages to and receive messages from your coach with Messaging. •⁠ ⁠Add progress photos to your shared gallery with your coach. •⁠ ⁠View coach resources to continue your health and fitness development. HEALTH DATA: We provide an integration with Google Health Connect that allows you to synchronise your health data with our app. You can switch this on at your discretion and remove the authorisation at any point. If authorised, we collect activity data such as weight, steps, exercise and sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, blood glucose and blood pressure. We request read access to this data so that you are able to synchronise it with our app to track it in one place, and correlate your health metrics such as resting heart rate and heart rate variability with your training performance. This data will also be shown to your coach so they can monitor your progress accordingly. This use aligns with Google Play’s Health policy, as it provides direct user benefit, is optional, and not used for advertising or unrelated functionality. Permissions can be removed at any time. IMPORTANT NOTE: This app is a companion app for online fitness coaches that use 1FIT. It is only for clients; if you’re a client, ask your coach to be onboarded so you can log into the app. We also collect health data that you choose to submit in app for the purposes of surfacing a complete set of data to your coach.
