In a notebook, in a spreadsheet, or in your head, where it quietly falls apart. This app is that list, built properly. FIGURES AND BATCHES A single card for a one-off print: a display piece, a test, a character model with its own paint scheme. A batch card for everything that moves together: twenty soldiers, six heroes, twelve monsters for a game night, a set of terrain. A batch holds counts, not just a label. Thirty models in total, twenty-five printed, twenty cleaned, twelve primed, seven painted, five waiting to be reprinted. The card shows where the batch really is instead of one status that stopped being true a week ago. STAGES YOU ACTUALLY USE A full production sequence is built in, from ordered and prepared through queued, printing, support removal, surface work, priming, painting, varnish and drying, to packed and handed over. Use the stages that match how you work and hide the rest. You can also build your own. Washing, UV curing, seam work, gluing the wings, basing, airbrush, dry brush, photograph before packing, waiting for the customer to confirm. Name them, colour them, give each one an icon and put them in the order you actually work in. Everything can be viewed as a board by stage, so the whole workshop fits on one screen. WHAT TO DO NEXT Every card has a field for the single next action. Remove the supports. Wash it. Reprint the head. Second coat of primer. Leave it drying until tomorrow. Pack it. That line shows on the compact card, so you never have to open anything to remember where you left off. Longer jobs get a checklist instead. A dragon might take eleven steps from checking the parts to the final photograph, and the card shows seven of eleven done. NOTES THAT STAY WITH THE MODEL Comments are dated, can be typed by kind and can carry a photo: a printing problem, a painting note, an idea, a request from whoever ordered it. Important ones pin to the top of the card, and a note that is really a task can be ticked off. "Finish the small details on the shield, matt varnish, then leave to dry" is exactly the sort of thing you will not remember in four days. Written on the card, it survives. PHOTOS THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS Attach shots at any point: the raw print, a defect, after cleaning, after primer, mid paint, the finished piece, the packaging. Add a caption, tie a photo to a stage, choose one as the cover. THE HOME SCREEN ANSWERS THREE QUESTIONS How much is in progress, what stage everything has reached, and what needs doing next. Alongside that sit the cards that need attention: overdue, failed prints, stuck on one stage too long, or with no next action set. FINDING THINGS AGAIN Search runs across names, comments, next actions and tags. Search for varnish and you get every model waiting for a coat. Filter by stage, priority, deadline or whether there is an open task. Sort by deadline, progress, priority or by what moved most recently. Deadlines state their situation plainly: plenty of time, getting close, due today, overdue. Priority pushes urgent work to the top of the list. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything is stored on the device. Finished work moves to an archive together with its full stage history, and the whole database can be exported to a JSON file that you keep.
