Speaker Box Lite is a subwoofer box calculator and 3D design tool for DIY audio and car audio. Design your whole speaker system — from box calculation and tuning to multi-driver setups, crossovers, and ready-to-cut panels. Enter Thiele-Small parameters (FS, VAS, QTS) and get the optimal box volume instantly. Subwoofer box & bass Pick the enclosure type for your target sound: • Sealed (closed) • Ported / bass-reflex (round or slot port) • Bandpass (4th & 6th order) • Passive radiator • Transmission line (TL) / quarter-wave for deep, smooth bass Subwoofer database Search 5,000+ subwoofers and drivers from 300+ car audio brands — Thiele-Small parameters load with one tap. Add your own drivers to the shared online database. 3D design See your box in full 3D. Place speakers and ports, choose materials, and design the box to fit your car trunk. Tweeter waveguides Design tweeter waveguides to shape dispersion and help integration with the midrange. Change the geometry (conical, elliptical, hyperbolic, radial) and check the concept before you build it. Multi-way systems Build 2-way / 3-way / multi-range systems with several drivers. Compare options, match levels, and put together a system that blends properly. Crossover Design and tune crossovers for a cleaner result: • High-pass / low-pass / band-pass • Series & parallel notch, Zobel, RC & RL networks, L-Pad • Set crossover frequency and tonal balance Simulate before you build Compare designs with clear frequency response, phase, cone excursion and SPL charts — in-car and free-air. Cut the trial-and-error and reach your target sound faster. Cut sheets & export Get automatic cut sheets and blueprints for every panel. 3D-print ports and waveguides via STL, export the box or its parts as STL, or send parts to CNC in STEP format.
