The WARSURGE App is your primary tool to play WARSURGE. You use it to design your Units and their Weapons. In addition, it provides you the ability to make Rosters, share data, roll dice and more. There are two versions of the WARSURGE App. This version is free to use with limited features, but can be fully unlocked with an active subscription of only $1.50 AUD per month. WARSURGE is a universal tabletop game where you can design and fight with any of your miniatures against any opponent. There are options for large scale warfare, covert skirmishes, single player, cooperative, story driven missions and more. Gameplay is founded on equality, where customisation has been our main focus. Using the game’s app/software, you can customise each miniature as you desire. WARSURGE’s game mechanics allow for two ways to play, suitable for players who prefer grand battles or epic skirmishes. The rules have been designed for balance and fun while maintaining the element of strategy. The basics of the game are straight forward to learn, but enters a new depth of expertise when players develop their tactics with their custom units. Though WARSURGE creates equal opportunity for players to engage their miniatures on the tabletop, an experienced or opportunistic player can exploit weaknesses in their foe’s strategy.
