AiGo is Sri Lanka's ride sharing app — book a seat on a trip that is already going your way, and share the cost with the driver. Drivers publish the journeys they are making anyway: the morning commute into Colombo, a weekend run to Kandy, a delivery route up the coast. You search for a trip that fits your route and your timing, request a seat, and travel together instead of paying for a whole vehicle to yourself. WHY AIGO RIDE SHARE • Search by your own start point, destination and time — you only see trips that actually match your route • Seats or goods — travel yourself, or send a parcel on a trip that has space to spare • Auto search — if nothing matches yet, AiGo keeps looking and alerts you the moment a driver publishes a trip that fits • See the driver's planned route, departure time, vehicle, photo and rating before you request a seat • Fare estimate up front — a guide figure you and the driver confirm between yourselves • Live tracking — follow the driver on the map as they come to your pickup point • Verified profiles — add your photo and ID to earn a verified badge drivers can see before they accept you • Two-way ratings, with reporting and blocking if something is not right • Many vehicle types — tuk-tuk, bike, mini, car, SUV, minivan, van and light truck • Set your exact pickup and drop-off by dragging the pin, or paste a location link from Google or Apple Maps • Save the places you travel to often and search from them in one tap • Available in English, Sinhala (සිංහල) and Tamil (தமிழ்) — use the app in the language you are most comfortable with • Simple phone number and OTP sign-in, no passwords to remember HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell AiGo where you are starting from, where you are going, and when 2. Browse the trips drivers have published on your route, with time, vehicle and fare guide 3. Request a seat — the driver confirms it 4. Track the driver to your pickup point in real time 5. Travel, pay the driver directly, and rate each other afterwards SENDING GOODS Not travelling yourself? Drivers can publish trips with room for parcels and cargo, measured in kilograms instead of seats — a practical way to send something between towns without hiring a whole vehicle. COMING SOON: REGULAR TAXI BOOKING On-demand taxis — see nearby taxis live on the map and book one for right now — are being rolled out area by area. Ride sharing is available today, and the app will tell you as soon as taxi booking reaches your area. BUILT FOR SRI LANKA AiGo is built specifically for getting around Sri Lanka, with the vehicle types people actually use here, distances and routes that make sense locally, and the languages you speak. You pay your driver directly — AiGo never handles your card details. Need help? The in-app support chat answers questions any time. Download AiGo and find a ride going your way.
