We always provide a mock up for approval prior to manufacturing!  Material Specifications: Backrest and seat are made from heavy gauge perforated steel, with our exclusive "Three Paw" design which is laser cut into the backrest. Seat, backrest and frame are coated in heavy duty polyvinyl, completely coating all surfaces to seal out weathering and help prevent rust. 1/8+ inch of plastisol coating protects the metal from rust and deterioration.
