Therefore, it is wise to make periodic verification of the sensitivity calibration. This calibration frequency depends on the application, but once every year is generally recommended for accelerometers. Sending back your unit for recalibration will provide you with the confidence necessary to know that your accelerometer remains accurate. If the sensitivity changed significantly our enDAQ Lab software enables you to edit these coefficients for already recorded data. enDAQ will also update the firmware on the device (if there is an update available) to reflect any improvements or bug fixes. If your device is not functioning or is otherwise unable to pass calibration, enDAQ will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain your device to the best of our ability.
