With the app, you can: - Find a healthcare provider or facility - View your ID card - Switch language to Spanish - Check your My Health Pays balance and history Experience the power and ease of going mobile with Superior HealthPlan. For more detailed benefits information, visit https://www.superiorhealthplan.com/. Note: If you are a Medicaid member outside of Texas, please find an app that is based in your state. A better app is now available for Superior Health Plan. You can see your Superior Health Plan information on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You can download it from the App Store using the link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/health-insurance-portal/id6736384472 This new app will replace the Superior Health Plan app, which will be retired soon.
