We've just rebuilt the app from the ground up. A new App Home learns what you like and surfaces walks, nearby parks and green spaces, and quick shortcuts back to wherever you left off. Search is smarter too: find walks by distance, dog-friendly, car-free, wheel-friendly or family-friendly filters. Photo-led walks are carefully curated with rich local context: history, nature, heritage and hidden gems woven into the route. No generic GPS tracking. Just genuinely good walks, beautifully described. Our Green Routes algorithm (UK and Ireland) creates dynamic, map-based walking routes around parks and green spaces, with route suggestions now also starting near local train stations and bus stops.
