Formerly known as "Bikram Yoga Long Beach" -- same studio, new name! Use this app to see the most up-to-date schedule and to sign up for classes on the go. We now have Inferno Hot Pilates, hot yin, warm vinyasa, traditional led primary Ashtanga, Jivamukti, sound bowl meditations, and of course tons of original hot yoga still (90 and 60 minute Bikram classes every day)!
