The Shift Communicator is an electronic logbook for keeping track of all occurrences and remarks during a shift. Through this digitalisation information can be saved and can prevent any misunderstanding during a shift handover. The App The Shift Communicator app is an extension of the normal online application. Within the app it is possible to use all functionalities of the logbook on mobile devices such as telephone and tablet. The shift handover can be filled in, KPIs and actions signed off and the self-made tabs can be used in the app. New is the possibility to take a photo with phone or tablet and upload it directly. Users of the app and normal application always have the same information! Handover The Shift Communicator helps to record and transfer information between and within different parts of the organisation. This includes shift to shift transfer, shift to chef communication and chef to shift instructions. Own tabs The Shift Communicator allows you to decide for yourself which information is being tracked. You have the complete control to make your own tabs within the application. You also determine yourself which parts, columns, select boxes, etc. the tabs exist. Examples of possible tabs are: LOTOTO, Safe work permits, Instructions for the team.

In order to use this App for time registration and planning your organization must have configured a TimeTell 9 software installation with the App module. Ask the Timetell administrator in your organization for the possibilities. With this app you can always access your TimeTell software environment.
