Once you have received your login credentials from your colleague(s) managing your Trygg account, please download the app to begin taking advantage of all Trygg has to offer you and your organisation: The Trygg mobile app is an essential communication and support tool, allowing users to securely receive and share important information with colleagues and managers, all in real-time. ‘Trygg’ translates to safe - the feeling this app aims to provide users. We intend to create an environment of better connected and informed colleagues to enhance both day to day safety and offer crucial safety nets if an emergency ever occurs. Trygg has a range of features to help and reassure its users. A discrete personal panic alarm instantly alerts the appropriate colleagues when activated, while two-way messaging and maps customised to you and your organisation help create an interconnected and efficient working environment. Ultimately, privacy is at the heart of what Trygg does. All location-sharing elements of the app are controlled by the user so you can feel secure knowing you can inform colleagues when you need to, and confident knowing your ultimate privacy is in your own hands.  Note to users: Some functionality requires your device to have an active data connection. Using location-based services can affect device battery life. We recommend that users consider increasing the frequency of their location reporting (‘ping rate’) and consider travelling with a back-up power source when on long trips.
