The FIT Weight Loss Coach app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from FIT Weight Loss Center. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation. As a FIT Weight Loss Center patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your FIT Weight Loss Center provider. Communicate with FIT Weight Loss Center in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. The app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your weight, steps and other parameters directly with the FIT Weight Loss Coach app. Intuitive Design The app is designed specifically for FIT Weight Loss Center patients and you can't use the app unless you're a FIT Weight Loss Center patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. FIT Weight Loss Center uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
