allMasajid is a multipurpose mobile application for everyone, primarily for Muslims, but non-Muslims can benefit too. Features launching in this first version: Prayer times: allMasajid helps you identify prayer times, according to your time zone & location. You’ll never miss another salat again. In addition to the daily regular prayers, allMasajid app also informs you about Nawafil/non-obligatory prayer times, zawal time, and the white fasting days of each Islamic month. Prayer Times defaults to Hanafi & University of Islamic Sciences (18 degrees) Customized Prayer Times: the ability to change Fajr to 18 degrees & Esha to 15 degree, able to change to any other. Non-Obligatory Prayer Times: also showing Ishraq, Chaasht, Awabeen & Tahajjud timings Zawal time (Solar Noon): clearly shows when it's zawal time; and one should not pray at this time. The White Fasting Days/al-Ayaam al-Beed: for every Islamic Month; the white fasting days will be shown. Locate and join local Masjids around you; With allMasajid, you can easily find mosques/Masajid in your vicinity, even if you’re new to the location. Keep up with moon sightings; allMasajid will make you stay up to date with the latest local moon sightings. The app publishes new sightings on the day of the first crescent of the Islamic month and also will show the Islamic Dates according to the Local Moon sighting. Upcoming features; some of the features you can look forward to in the future versions of allMasajid app: Iqmaah times: allMasijid will be able to give you Iqamah times of the nearby Masajid. The app will notify you of the period before the prayer starts, will also include Travel times, means will you be able to make to the Jamaat or not. Your current location and speed of travel will be used to calculate your arrival time. This way, you can know what to expect when heading to your Masjid for the Jamaat. Local events: One of the features you can look forward to is being aware of all the local events happening in Masajid around you. With the Islamic calendar, you’ll also know what events to expect at what times of the year. Announcements: Masijids will be able to make announcements and distribute information to their members through this app. Future versions of the app include access to important announcements and updates from your favorite Masjid or Masajid, will soon be adding Janazah alerts and a lot more.
