Zebra Workcloud Docs offers retailers a secure, centralized way to access and archive documents with version control and hierarchical permissions. Instead of losing valuable time searching for documents in 3rd-party document storage solutions, you can now store, search, and access all corporate documents in a user-friendly system within the Workcloud platform. Corporate stakeholders can add and update documents, enabling store managers and associates to view them in real-time. With Document Repository, all documentation is available in one location, including SOPs, training documentation, and compliance and regulation documentation. These documents can be linked to tasks and other communications within the Reflexis ONE platform and can be added, edited, or downloaded from a mobile or desktop device. Document Repository enables you to create document categories by subject or hierarchy. On each document or document category, you can dictate: • Document permissions • Reviewers and approvers • Notification types • Version controls Ensure that everyone can easily access documents relevant for their role—and that no one accidentally edits or deletes the wrong document.
