Touch for Health to go is the 14-muscle balance for everywhere. The complete procedure of a TFH1 Balance has been clearly prepared with numerous photos, drawings and texts for your iPhone and iPad. For each of the 14 main meridians, muscle test, neurolymphatic zones, neurovascular points, meridian course, spinal reflex points, acupressure holding points and metaphors are presented.
