It's simple, yet multifunctional, so let's take a look at how to use it. 1. quick video registration This app is no need to register or log in. Find a video you want to work on YouTube or TikTok, and select STRIVee from the share buttons to register the video. *In case of Instagram, it is necessary to use a browser. 2. unlimited playlist function By combining your favorite videos, you can create your own playlist. You can create your own playlists by combining your favorite videos and dividing them into sections such as "arms," "back," and "abs," or roughly into "massage" and "training. 3. visualize your hard work When you play videos via STRIVee, the date and time will be recorded in the calendar. The neatly designed calendar will help you visualize your hard work. *To comply with copyright laws, videos will be played in each app. The download function will not be provided in the future. 4. Health app support After linking to Healthcare, you can set the workout type for your video and write the calories burned to Health app. This is not an Activity app (only for AppleWatch). 5.
