Taiwan 3+3 Postal code, ZIP app analytics for April 17

To improve mail processing efficiency in Taiwan, Chunghwa Post release a new 3+3 postal code system from March 2020. The first 3 codes "Administrative Region Code" remain unchanged, The last 3 yards "delivery section code" increased from the original 2 character to 3. To improve the efficiency of mail sorting, and improve the accuracy of delivery. Therefore, everyone in Taiwan should start using the 3+3 postal code/ZIP to send letters. This APP is specifically used to query 3+3 zip postal code in Taiwan.
