3-D Secure (3DS) is a message protocol that facilitates cardholder authentication when making card-not-present transactions. BCF 3D application allows cardholders of Banca Comerciala Feroviara to authentificate themelves through biometrics according to PSD2 regulations. (Strong Customer Authentication) Cardholders are able to see a list of the authorized or non authorized e-commerce transanctions.
