During sessions, users can collect data in real time, capture caregivers' and providers’ signatures, and complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) directly within the app. Offline functionality ensures that services can be delivered and documented without relying on an internet connection. Once connectivity is restored, all information syncs automatically, keeping records accurate and up to date. When online, the app provides full access to scheduling tools, allowing users to manage their calendar, review upcoming sessions, and make updates as needed. This ensures that both session execution and administrative coordination remain connected within a single workflow.
