Baptist OneCare app analytics for January 12

As a Baptist Memorial patient, you can use our Baptist OneCare mobile app to access your MyChart, a free online tool, for Baptist Memorial patients, that gives you access to your medical record anytime, anywhere. You can also upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs. Using MyChart you can: • View your test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations. • Schedule appointments and request prescription renewals. • Send a message to your health care team. • Organize all your medical information into one personal health record. • View and pay your bill online.
