Lagree Luxe is a 45 Minute core-focused full body workout. Our workout combines strength, cardio, balance, core, and flexibility not only in each session, but in every single move! Using the Lagree method allows you to workout smarter, not longer, for faster results. Classes are maximum of 11 clients.
