Using YouServe app - Your employer should be customer of YouServe - Payslip only customers can view payslips - HR Self Service customers can use the other functions when enabled. - Logon using single sign-on provided by your employer. - Languages: Dutch, English, German and French (active language will be the same as device's language). Functionalities For all functionalities: visible when made available via your employer. -Office Travel Get your home working and office travel compensation done with a few clicks. You will be able to simply register your days you worked from home and from the office. After submission at the end of the month the compensation will be calculated and will be paid out with your next months' salary. -Leave View your leave requests, the details of your leave balance and request leave. Note: changing or withdrawing your leave requests will be added at a later stage and needs to be done via HR Self Service. -Expense claims Claim your expenses in euros and add an attachment. The app supports images from camera and album and pdf documents from your files. View your expense claims and the processing status. Download and share your payslips. -Profile You can view your basic details like function, username, contact details & department. - Changing personal information You can update your private email address, phone number, home address, etc. We continue to improve the YouServe app and continue to add functionalities.
