This App is intended for men age 18+ who may be concerned about a curve in their penis, allowing the user to document their curvature in the privacy of their own home and contact a physician for evaluation. This curvature may be due to a condition called Peyronie's Disease. Peyronie's disease is a condition in which the presence of a plaque can lead to curving of the penis during erections and may be painful. Information related to Peyronie's disease is provided for educational and screening purposes only. Download this app to: - Complete a self-assessment questionnaire on the signs and symptoms of Peyronie's Disease - Document your degree of curvature with a 3D scan and a 2D image - Locate a healthcare provider near you - Optionally share your information using the email account on your phone - Learn more about Peyronie's Disease Questionnaires and scans are only stored within the app itself and not on your mobile device. The App does not share information with any outside party and will be permanently deleted when you delete the app from your device.
