ONCOassist is a comprehensive suite of decision support tools developed by oncology professionals, for oncology professionals. It includes a range of breakthrough tools designed to manage patient care effectively. Let's take a closer look at some of the features available:
• NCCN Treatment Protocols: Developed in collaboration with the NCCN, this tool provides information on regimens taken from the NCCN template database.
• Adjuvant Tools: These tools offer 5 and 10-year overall survival rates for patients with and without chemotherapy in an adjuvant setting. Breast cancer, colon cancer, and GIST tools are among the many adjuvant decision support tools available.
• Useful formulas: Body Surface Area, Chemotherapy Dose Calculator, QTc, ECOG Performance Score, Khorana Score, MASCC Risk Index, and many more are included. These calculators simplify medical calculations and include frequently needed conversions and dosage calculations.
• Common Toxicity Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE v4.0 & 5.0): This tool provides a standardized classification of adverse effects of drugs used in cancer therapy. CTCAE versions 5.0 and 4.0 are available in an easy-to-use and interactive format.
• AJCC TNM staging: The tool provides criteria for every malignancy and includes the AJCC 7th, 8th, and 9th edition staging criteria.
• Prognostic Scores: This tool offers over 17 prognostic scores for a range of specialties. It helps with prognostication, risk stratification, and determining eligibility for specific treatments or clinical trials.
• Drug info section: Over 200 oncology drugs are available in an easy-to-use and interactive format.
• Drug interaction checker: This tool helps users quickly check for potential drug interactions.
• IO toxicity management tool: This tool is designed to manage immune-related adverse events.
• ONCOnews: From breaking news to in-depth analysis, ONCOnews brings together all oncology news sources in one place.
• ONCOvideos: This offers access to the most recent videos from Oncology Spotlight, which provides insights into the experiences of oncology professionals. Additionally, users can watch OncoAlert and Oncology Brother videos.
