The App seamlessly integrates with the main DF system and enables DF users to: * Track and update service requests from start to finish. * Enter the work that was performed and work to be completed. * Add/Update Field Ticket to a Work-order * Signature capture for Field Ticket Authorization * Ability to search for work-orders, project, buildings, companies, and contacts * Ability to call or email a contact * Ability to View Roof Plan and Aerial photo of a Building * Ability to change "Front of the Building" photo * Add/Edit Building Areas * Instantly map and get directions to any jobsite. * Take photos, add comments and upload them from the roof. * View past service requests. * Instantly update clients through their customer portal. * Please note that you must be a current Dataforma user in order to use the Dataforma app.
